An idea behind Medics

Hello, it's your bud, coming back again with some hot hitting suggestions.

So, looking at the medical tree, I notice a lot of things stem off of the fact that you need Medical Proficiency II in order to progress into other things- but do you think that's really needed? Personally, I feel like I think things like Herbalist and Pharmacist should be something before the last tier of medical prowess!

In early medicine, they weren't really able to have proper surgeries, but they had elixirs and medicines! We could possibly tier off poisons needing a level of medical proficiency in order to craft the more difficult poisons and buff-like pills (ex: soldier pills), but it should be accessible sooner- I think.
